Ordering and Payment Questions

2. How do I find the product I am looking for?

When looking for a product, you have two options. First, you can search directly for a product using the Product Search box at the top of the page. This will bring you to a search page, listing all product results for your search.

Second, you can browse through the main categories on ShopTVItems. These categories are Fitness, Health, Media, Home and As Seen on TV. Browsing by category will allow you to not only find the product you are seeking, but will also allow you to see other products within that category.


3. How do I place an order?

It is quite easy to place order. Search for the product you want to buy on the website. Add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the buy now button, and checkout using your credit card.


4. Will I be charged taxes?

If you reside in Canada you will be charged the applicable provincial tax. If you reside outside of Canada no taxes will be charged.

5. Can I pay in American or Canadian funds?

You can pay in either currency. To choose a currency to pay in, select the currency from the drop down box on the top left of the ShopTVItems website.

6. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods. These payments methods are:

7. Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We can ship most products anywhere in the world. All orders being shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges. An email will be sent to the customer confirming the new charges. The customer will need to reply to the email and accept the new charges. Once we receive the accepted email the credit card will be charged, and the item(s) will be shipped.


8. What happens after I place my order?

After you have confirmed your order and checked out, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and order details. For your own records, you should save this confirmation


9. Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes, there is a 30 day money back guarantee for all items except for the following:

  • Free Upsell Items
  • Sales Items
  • DVD's

Please be aware that there exists a 15% re-stocking fee for any returned items that have been opened.


Shipping and Order Status Questions

1. How long will it take to deliver my order?

Delivery times vary. If the product is in stock, delivery will take 3-10 business days. If the product is on back order, the shipping will take 3-6 weeks or more.


2. Do you deliver to International locations?

Yes, we can deliver anywhere with a physical address. Keep in mind that PO Boxes are not considered a physical address and products will not be shipped to a PO Box.


3. What does it cost to ship an item?

The shipping charges depend on the weight of the product ordered and the destination.


4. How do I track the status of my order?

Log in to your account by clicking the Login button and entering your e-mail address and password. The status of your order will be displayed on your personal Account page.

How do I remove my email address from your database?

Please click 'Login' to log in to your account. Under 'Newsletter Subscription' click unsubscribe. Your email address will be removed from future ShopTVItems promotional correspondence.
