We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse. We are not responsible for packages that are returned without insurance. Please be sure to include your Order Receipt as it will help speed up the return process.

2. Your complete name, address, phone number and email address
3. A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
4. Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement
5. Packages being returned from the USA should clearly state on the shipping box "CANADIAN GOODS BEING RETURNED."
